In therapy, I offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can heal from burnout and energize what drives you. We’ll work to restore balance, strengthen coping skills, and support your mental health in ways that feel sustainable and authentic to who you are.
I understand that different styles feel more comfortable depending on your experiences and what your goals for therapy are. I gravitate towards attachment-style therapies and person-centered therapy, where you direct treatment while being offered a supportive and empathetic environment.
